With competing priorities, lean resources and a tight deadline, significant deficits had to be quickly identified and a master plan instituted to resolve these issues. This was in addition to staying on top of all the work that normally takes place in a 600 employee company.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"LEFT\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">APPROACH:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Created project plan to set manage shifting priorities, multiple work flows, updates and timelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Authored auditing tool and overhauled personnel records to quantify current compliance rates and project completion rates by assigned deadline date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Created work flows to calculate realistic workloads and deadlines for HR staff; taking into account regular duties that take up the workday of Human Resources.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Actively managed deliverables, workflows and deadlines to deliver realistic status reports to management. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-212 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/hrgods.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/rawpixel-651326-unsplash-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"http:\/\/hrgods.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/rawpixel-651326-unsplash-150x150.jpg 150w, http:\/\/hrgods.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/rawpixel-651326-unsplash-370x370.jpg 370w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/>RESULTS:<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u>Highest<\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> Joint Commission score for any of the 13 facilities operated by parent company (Feb 2018). Compliance rates shoot up from less than 20% to 100%. Post inspection JCAHO statement specifically commends the Human Resources department for one of the best scores amongst HR Departments of similar-sized facilities.
