It's been often quoted that there is nothing new under the sun. True, but even old problems sometimes need new solutions. Using the combined experiences of it's staff to "think up" solutions to problems, the HR Gods approach is both innovative and efficient.  Sometimes, it takes an old fashioned approach to solve issues; other times, a totally radical approach is the only viable solution.
