CHALLENGE: Help a company that's been a stable presence on the North Shore move into the Boston Metro market using an acquisition. Create a staffing model to address the need for staff to reflect the shift from a suburban setting to a mixed urban/suburban setting.

Created and facilitated merger plan that included a staff retention strategy, personnel transition plan and post-merger follow-up.

Implemented diversity recruitment & public relations plan to target and hire qualified professionals & managers in the new markets.

Rolled out communications plan for current staff to apprise them of changes and opportunities at newly merged company.
RESULTS: Smooth merger of two very different companies into one very unique company with no disruption to the business of either. End result is a very successful company with a diversity workforce representing 19.7% of managers and staff and significant revenue growth over initial projections.
